First they added freon to my system that wasn’t cooling enough then a few weeks later they discovered my main coil had a leak and needed replacing. The system was just 2 year old so the part cost was under warranty but I needed to pay $800 for labor and freon for the install. They came exactly at the agreed upon time both times, did professional work and explained what they were doing and why very well. The bill was exactly what they said it would be before they started work. No surprises at all. No pressure for added services but recommendations about routine maintenance. I will use Koolray again for sure.”
